EMMCloud offers three subscription tiers, each designed to accommodate different business sizes and transaction volumes:
All subscription payments are processed securely through mobile STK Push. By subscribing, you authorize EMMCloud to initiate payment requests to your registered mobile number.
If you reach your monthly transaction limit before the end of your billing cycle:
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law in Kenya or as explicitly stated in these Terms. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by EMMCloud and protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
We comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, and take appropriate measures to safeguard your data.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
